Easily the best experience I have ever had working with a travel agent. The travel consultant I dealt with—Francis-- asked the right questions up front. He listened well, planned and made travel arrangements thinking ahead for me. Timeframes were thought through with my convenience and efficiency in mind. Everything was thoroughly laid out, he answered all my questions, his follow-up great, and very detailed oriented. He found us lovely boutique hotels, knowledgeable tour guides and easy transportation plans. We could just relax and enjoy our time in Lamu and the incredible sights it has to offer. Never being there, I had no clue what to do - Francis took care of that! I cannot wait to work with him again!!! I have passed his name and contact information to a lot of my friends.

The hotels were all wonderful – excellent locations, beautiful rooms, and great breakfasts to start each day. Transportation was coordinated perfectly, and we were happy with all of our flights, the Madaraka Express (albeit a little long was quite a thrill), and private transfers. We also enjoyed the tours with knowledgeable guides in the bush. It was quite the thrill chasing after the evasive leopard. The trip was an unforgettable experience! We are all so appreciative of everything you did for us.

I wanted to explore the National Parks in Kenya for my parents, son and myself. From the start, the communication was smooth and nothing but stellar. It was efficient and made this process so simple. She ensured my parent’s needs were well considered especially since my dad had had surgery a few months before that. Our tour guide/driver arrived right on time with the land cruiser and it even had a first aid kit. He worked very hard to ensure we were able to see as many wild animals as possible. Our overall trip was so amazing. Martin also arranged for us to visit the local Maasai Market and got so many beautiful items from the famous Maasai and got to interact with them and their culture. We used Incentive Travel, and especially Francis, to organize a four-day safari trip from Nairobi to Masai Mara. We communicated with them from Scotland to arrange the itinerary for the trip that would suit us the most. The guide they provided, Stevie, was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the local culture and the places we would pass on the way to our location. During the game drives, Stevie was determined to show us all of the 'big 5' and was great at explaining to us the habits and characteristics of all of the animals at Masai Mara - we even saw a Cheetah hunt! "In February 2019 my wife and I made a trip to Kenya in which we also wanted to visit places outside the ‘normal’ tourist attractions. A friend connected us with Incentive Travel.
