Cancellation Policy:

  • Non-Refundable bookings cannot be cancelled or changed.
  • Cancellations received 26 days prior to departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 0% of the cost.
  • Cancellations received within 25 days of departure will be subject to a cancellation charge of 100% of the entire tour cost.
  • Payment Policy:
  • 50% advance to hold the booking once the booking is initiated which is Non Refundable
  • 100% payment must be received 14 days before the travel date
  • Payment for Visa cost must be processed at the time of confirmation.
