It starts when Masai herdsman invite you to join their daily cattle drive down a spectacular valley It’s an easy stroll and a great introduction to Masai culture as the herdsman explain how they conserve their land as their ancestors have for centuries.

It’s also a great bonding experience and something few people will ever do, setting the tone for day ahead.

Herd Cattle With Masai Warriors

We’ll collect you from your Nairobi hotel at 9am and journey in airconditioned comfort to magnificent Masai country about an hour from the city.
Here we're greeted by Masai warriors who’ll invite you to accompany them as they herd their cattle on an easy downhill stroll through a magnificent Kenyan valley.
Draped in the vibrant colours of the Masai, they’ll share insights into their culture with you.

After stopping for a cool drink under an Acacia tree, your journey with the herdsmen continues to their village.
It’s a traditional Masai community and we'll spend the remainder of the day here. The village is a huddle of manyattas, which are traditional homes made from sticks and mud.
The entire community comes out to welcome you with Kenyan song and dance.
